Rainbow Migrants project invites LGBTIQA+ migrants from non-English speaking countries and second generation to participate in a co-design workshop.
During the workshop, 3-4 groups of 4-5 people will work dynamically and innovatively to find solutions that empower and support our community, meaning we will not just talk but try to create a 'working prototype'.
You don't need any special skills or qualifications!
Anyone with lived experience within the below categories is encouraged to come regardless of age, ability, visa status, education, skills, qualifications, and English proficiency:
- International students
- Refugees and asylum seekers
- Working, skilled, and training visas holders
- Partner and family visas holders
- Permanent residents and citizens born overseas
- Second-generation
You will be paid for your time and receive a certificate of attendance.
