Join Auspire for Australia's Democracy and You Workshop, a free community workshop designed is designed to be accessible for people who may be new to Australia’s democratic and electoral systems. This informative and interactive session serves as an opportunity to gain knowledge into Australia's democracy and society.

Topics covered include:

• the Australian constitution
• Australia's three levels of government and parliamentary system
• features of democracy 
• voting - rights, responsibilities, enrolment and preferential voting.

The session will also feature opportunity for community engagement with the Constitutional Centre of Western Australia, the Western Australian Electoral Commission, and Auspire – Australia Day Council WA.
